The client’s home extension brief was to extend this existing home with a first floor to take advantage of the sun and well-established environment. The first floor is very private with a master bed, studio, and second living area.

The ground floor was opened up to create an open plan living, dining, kitchen, and maintaining one bedroom as a guest room. Unique pieces were repurposed for the bathroom and ensuite vanities.
