A classic Californian bungalow home on an elevated site provided an open plan rear addition with living, kitchen, dining seamlessly flowing through to alfresco and compact, well-vegetated back yard providing space and privacy.

A first-floor addition was added with raked ceilings in the master bed and study.

Jarrah timber windows and doors were featured, along with a glass roof over the kitchen providing a beautiful light for this extension.
