The client’s brief for this extension was for an extra living room that could also double as a guest room. This room was connected to a new timber-framed alfresco area. The garden was very established providing privacy and connection to the rest of the home.

The room has fenestration on three sides making a very light-filled room with views of the street and garden. The timber weatherboard construction was continued to enhance the quaintness of the home.
